1. Copyright notice
© 2025–2026 Centre for Counterterrorism Innovation and Deep Tech Operations Ltd (CCTIDTO). All rights reserved. Original research material presented through CCTIDTO is subject to applicable ownership, authorship and licensing arrangements.
This notice applies to original website text, compilation and layout, research writing, diagrams, framework representations, tables, graphics, logos, visual-identity elements, illustrations, photographs, model descriptions, taxonomies, software and other original expressions, except where a different rights statement is shown. A copyright notice does not enlarge or replace the rights available under applicable law.
2. Ownership and Founding Director Background IP
The ownership structure reflected on this website is that the Founding Director retains ownership of Founding Director Background IP, and CCTIDTO is authorised to use that material under the applicable licence arrangements. CCTIDTO may separately own or be licensed to use website material, branding, commissioned work, third-party content and other intellectual property according to the relevant agreement and law.
Merely publishing or describing material through CCTIDTO does not transfer the Founding Director's Background IP to CCTIDTO or to a visitor. This website does not itself assign, transfer, amend or replace any deed, licence, contributor agreement or other binding instrument. Legal ownership of a particular item is governed by its applicable Background IP, licence, commissioning, employment, collaboration or third-party rights arrangements.
3. Authorship and research provenance
Ownership and authorship are separate questions. Except where another contributor is expressly identified, the CCTIDTO-specific frameworks, models, research architectures and founding research streams presented on this website were originated and developed by CCTIDTO's Founding Director. This includes the CCTIDTO-specific integrations presented as AAM-RACM™, HHORMF™, VCNIM™ and TDNCF™, the proposed HHORMP™ mapping tool, and the “Image of the Warrior Woman” research concept and connected intellectual pathway. It also includes the CCTIDTO-specific framing of the “Context-Conditioned AI Behaviour and Relational Persona Formation™” exploratory research sidecar and its establishment-history provenance.
That provenance statement concerns the origin of CCTIDTO's particular framing and integration. It does not claim ownership of an entire discipline, theory, general idea, fact, method, public-domain material or independent work by another researcher. Legal ownership remains governed by the arrangements described above.
This website's overall concept, content architecture, visual direction and institutional presentation were solely conceived, designed, directed and created by CCTIDTO's Founding Director. This records the Founding Director's overarching human conception, creative direction, selection, arrangement and editorial integration of the Centre's original public-facing material. Technical, drafting or presentation assistance does not alter that recorded provenance where it did not originate the underlying conception. Publication by CCTIDTO does not assign or transfer ownership of Founding Director Background IP; CCTIDTO uses that material under the applicable licence arrangements. This statement does not claim authorship or ownership of underlying platform technology, third-party software or fonts, separately identified third-party material, or AI-generated expression; those elements remain subject to their respective rights and legal status.
4. Moral rights and integrity of authorship
CCTIDTO recognises the Founding Director's and other identified creators' moral rights under applicable Australian copyright law, including the right of attribution, the right not to have authorship falsely attributed, and the right of integrity of authorship. An authorised use must preserve accurate attribution and must not subject the work to treatment that unlawfully prejudices the creator's honour or reputation. Moral rights are distinct from ownership of economic copyright.
5. Copyright scope, logo, imagery and other protections
Australian copyright may protect the original expression of research in recognised forms, but it does not protect an abstract idea, information, method or system merely because it is described here. Depending on the material and circumstances, protection may also arise through confidentiality, contract, trade marks, passing off, consumer law, patents or other legal and equitable rights.
CCTIDTO does not represent that a patent has been granted or that a trade mark is registered unless expressly stated. Nothing on this page should be treated as a substitute for advice about registrability, validity, ownership, licensing or enforcement.
The CCTIDTO name, logo, visual identity and branding are used to identify the Centre. To the extent that rights subsist, CCTIDTO and the relevant rights holders reserve all available rights in those elements under copyright, registered trade mark rights where applicable, passing off, the Australian Consumer Law, contract and other applicable legal or equitable protections. No registration is claimed unless expressly stated.
Except where permitted by law or authorised in writing by CCTIDTO and any other relevant rights holder, the Centre's logo and visual identity must not be copied, traced, redrawn, modified, recoloured, animated, combined with another mark, used as a profile image or favicon, applied to merchandise or promotional material, or used in a way that suggests affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, authorisation or source. Publication on this website does not grant a licence to use the logo or branding.
Rights in photographs, illustrations, conceptual images, diagrams and other visual assets vary according to the item. Material may be owned by or licensed to CCTIDTO, owned by the Founding Director, or owned by a third party. Its appearance on this website does not place it in the public domain or make it available for unrestricted reuse. Any item-specific credit or rights statement prevails over this general summary.
6. Reservation of rights and no implied licence
All rights are reserved. Viewing, linking to or discussing this website does not grant an implied licence or permission to reproduce, adapt, translate, republish, communicate, distribute, commercialise, implement, sublicense, remove attribution from, falsely attribute or otherwise reuse protected material beyond what applicable law permits or CCTIDTO and the relevant rights holder expressly authorise in writing.
Attribution alone is not permission. A visitor may analyse, criticise or discuss the public research ideas and may exercise a right or exception available under law, but must not copy the protected expression or suggest endorsement, affiliation, authorship or approval that does not exist.
7. Unauthorised reproduction, adaptation and exploitation
Except where permitted by law or expressly authorised in writing, a person must not copy, reproduce, adapt, republish, communicate, distribute, sell, license, commercially exploit or create a derivative version of CCTIDTO's original written research content, diagrams, framework representations, tables, graphics, model descriptions, taxonomies, visual material, software or other protected expression.
Material must not be presented as independently originated, stripped of attribution, altered in a misleading manner, or used in a way that falsely implies CCTIDTO or Founding Director endorsement. CCTIDTO cannot grant rights in third-party material.
8. Automated extraction, datasets and AI use
Except where permitted by law or expressly authorised in writing, CCTIDTO does not grant permission for systematic scraping, bulk extraction, dataset construction, text-and-data mining, AI or machine- learning training, fine-tuning, model evaluation, retrieval-corpus or embedding-database creation, synthetic-data generation, automated adaptation, or similar computational reuse of its original copyright material.
This restriction is additional to—rather than a waiver of—applicable copyright, contract, confidentiality, technological-access and other rights. A request for authorised research or machine-assisted use must identify the material, system, purpose, safeguards, retention period, outputs, attribution and any commercial involvement.
9. Confidential research know-how and controlled disclosure
The public website does not disclose the complete methodologyunderlying CCTIDTO's developing frameworks, models, future assessment instruments or exploratory research sidecars. Unpublished criteria, variables, candidate indicators, operational definitions, evidence rules, coding taxonomies, phase-boundary criteria, scoring systems, weightings, thresholds, algorithms, validation methods, datasets, interaction corpora, comparison conditions, rater protocols, assessment matrices, decision logic, software and research-development records remain subject to confidentiality, contract, access control and any other applicable protections.
The public disclosure principle is: publish the theory; protect the instrument. Public pages explain what CCTIDTO is researching, why it matters, the high-level conceptual contribution, provenance and research status—without providing enough methodological detail to reconstruct a complete assessment tool or research method from the website alone.
Where a research record includes an expression, joke, label, example or other output generated by an AI system, its selection or analysis does not represent that the Founding Director authored the underlying AI-generated expression. Human provenance claims concern the Founding Director's research conception, question formation, selection, interpretation, synthesis, integration, architecture, hypotheses and human-authored research-development records, together with any rights that subsist in that material under applicable law.
10. Model-specific public disclosure boundaries
These concise public-facing boundaries align with the categories of Founding Director Background IP recorded in Schedule 1 and the protected non-public research material identified in Schedule 5 of the applicable Background IP and licence deed. They do not reproduce, amend or replace those schedules, expand any ownership claim, or authorise access to non-public material. Any applicable executed deed and applicable law prevail over this summary.
- AAM-RACM™: public material explains the foundational Reach–Access proposition, the interaction of the AAM Capability–Access System and Terrorist Actor Capability System, Coupling Effect, named conceptual thresholds and the distinction between Latent, Accessible and Realised AAM-Enabled Reach. It also explains the broader Reach → Access → Movement → Capability Enhancement → Conditional Threat Contribution architecture, intellectual progression, potential uses and the question “What changed because of AAM?”. Complete system variables, compatibility criteria, threshold criteria, classifications, evidence rules, confidence calculation, weighting, scoring, matrices and future module mechanics remain internal.
- HHORMF™: public material explains relationship-level change across a mission lifecycle, the operational relationship as the unit of analysis and the high-level relationship between the framework and its proposed tool. Complete framework domains, variables, operational definitions, evidence criteria and detailed assessment architecture remain internal unless specifically approved for disclosure.
- HHORMP™: public material identifies HHORMP™ as the separately identified proposed mapping tool operating within the broader Human–Humanoid research architecture and may describe its intended high-level mapping purpose. Complete fields, domains, indicators, assessment criteria, evidence rules, working instrument, weighting, scoring, decision logic and validation methodology remain internal unless specifically approved for disclosure.
- VCNIM™: public material explains a developing model for psychologically informed visual counter-narrative design, testing and evaluation. The full formulation method, design criteria and empirical protocol remain internal.
- TDNCF™: public material explains the Death Narrative, Synthetic Counter-Death Narrative, Narrative Friction and “sowing the seeds of doubt” proposition. Detailed variable relationships, processing architecture and any future instrument remain internal.
- Context-Conditioned AI Behaviour and Relational Persona Formation™: public material may describe the sidecar's origin, high-level research question, reverse observation-to-hypothesis sequence, a condensed public summary of the F.2 continuing relational-persona developmental architecture, proposed relational-system contribution, playfulness proposition, reciprocal interactional-affordance and branching proposition, selected interaction-generated constructs, provisional distinction between relational/persona continuity and contextual-binding accuracy, provenance and present status. This limited public summary may name Participant Attribution Error (PAE), Temporal Interpretation Error (TIE), Relational/Persona Continuity (RPC) and Correction and Recovery (CR) without disclosing their complete operationalisation. Private interaction records, the complete longitudinal corpus, complete stage and transition criteria, relational-gating logic, search and selection criteria, coding taxonomy, operational definitions, evidentiary rules, participant-cue taxonomy, contextual-error classification rules, phase-boundary criteria, comparison conditions, rater protocols, statistical and validation design, unpublished methods and other protected research know-how remain internal.
11. Research status and reliance
AAM-RACM™, HHORMF™, the proposed HHORMP™ tool, VCNIM™ and TDNCF™ are proposed or developing research models, frameworks, architectures or tools—not validated operational instruments, predictive systems, professional advice or findings of threat. Exploratory research sidecars—including Context-Conditioned AI Behaviour and Relational Persona Formation™—are likewise early research propositions, not validated findings or claims about machine consciousness or human-like personality. Any future development or application is subject to systematic literature and prior-art review, appropriate collaboration, ethical, privacy and legal review where applicable, empirical testing, validation, governance, capability, funding and resourcing.
No person should rely on a public research summary to make an operational, security, legal, clinical, aviation, intelligence or other high-stakes decision.
12. Third-party intellectual property
Existing academic theories, publications, terminology, photographs, quotations, data, software, logos and other third-party material remain the property of their respective authors, creators or owners. CCTIDTO claims originality only in its own protectable material and, where appropriate, its particular CCTIDTO-specific intellectual integration. Acknowledging a source does not create a licence to reproduce it.
Anthropic, Claude, Claude Opus and associated evaluation materials are third-party names, marks and works belonging to their respective owners. Reference to Anthropic's publicly reported simulated evaluation records an antecedent intellectual influence only; it does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, collaboration, reproduction of the evaluation, adoption of its methodology or ownership of its findings.
Documentary and historical imagery will not be publicly released until applicable ownership, licence, attribution, context, privacy, dignity and consent questions have been reviewed. Rights-holder and takedown concerns may be reported to the permissions contact below.
13. Use of ™ identifiers
CCTIDTO is using AAM-RACM™, HHORMF™, HHORMP™, VCNIM™, TDNCF™ and Context-Conditioned AI Behaviour and Relational Persona Formation™ as identifiers for its developing CCTIDTO-specific research models, frameworks, proposed tools and exploratory research sidecar. The ™ symbol signals a trade-mark claim; it is not a representation that a mark is registered, registrable or enforceable in every context. The ® symbol is not used unless a mark is registered.
The identifiers, CCTIDTO name and branding must not be used in a way that falsely suggests source, sponsorship, partnership, endorsement or authorisation.
14. Controlled collaborator access
Universities, researchers, consultants, technical specialists and prospective partners may request access to additional material. Where appropriate, detailed methodologies may be supplied only under a non-disclosure agreement, research agreement or collaboration agreement addressing Background IP, confidentiality, information security, purpose limits, publication, attribution, data, ethics, future IP, outputs and termination or return of material.
No discussion, site visit, email exchange or access to a public summary creates a collaboration, confidential relationship, licence, partnership or commitment to provide unpublished material.
15. Statutory rights, fair dealing and permissions
Nothing on this page excludes a statutory right, fair-dealing exception or other entitlement that cannot lawfully be excluded. Whether an exception applies depends on the facts; citation or non-commercial purpose alone does not necessarily make a use lawful. Obtain independent advice where the position is uncertain.
A permission request should identify the exact material, proposed use, audience, format, territory, duration, attribution, adaptations, security controls and commercial or research context. Written approval is required before any use outside applicable statutory permissions.
16. Australian information sources
These official sources provide general information and do not replace advice about a particular ownership, licensing, moral-rights, confidentiality, trade-mark or enforcement question.
